1. What lining materials do you use?

We use a range of high-performance fluoropolymers to match your specific needs. This includes

PTFE, FEP, PFA, ETFE, PVDF, and PO. These materials are great at handling strong corrosive fluids.

2. How well do they resist temperature and corrosion?

Temperature Range: Our linings work great from 180°C (PTFE) up to 200°C (PFA).

Corrosion Resistance: PTFE, FEP, and PFA have excellent resistance to most strong acids like sulfuric acid and nitric acid. For detailed info on chemical resistance, check out our performance tables. Just keep in mind that performance can change with concentration and temperature, so it’s always best to talk with us directly.

Certifications: Our PTFE and PFA are both FDA-approved, which is key for industries that need high purity.

3. What about the lining coming loose or cracking?

We use special manufacturing techniques like compression molding, transfer molding, and injection molding to make sure the lining bonds strongly to the valve body. For our PO material, we use a unique rotational molding process that guarantees the lining won’t detach or swell even under vacuum. All our products are made and tested to strict ISO and CE quality standards.

4. How do you prove the quality?
