Youfumi Group Celebrates Anniversary after 35 Years of Brilliance

As 2025 approaches, Youfumi Group welcomed its splendid 35th anniversary celebration. On December 30th, a unique celebration took place at the Fujian factory, where over 700 employees from the two major factory areas gathered to witness this historic moment together.

In the early morning, accompanied by the majestic national anthem, Chairman Zhu Xiaoyou and General Manager Zhu Weijian led over 500 employees from the Fujian factory in a flag-raising ceremony. All employees stood in formation, singing the “National Anthem of the People’s Republic of China” together. Holding small national flags and factory anniversary flags, they cheered together: “I love my home Youfumi, with love, filial piety, and a bright future!

Celebration and Future Blueprint

The celebration was solemn yet lively, showcasing the cultural heritage and development achievements of Youfumi Group. Chairman Zhu Xiaoyou delivered a passionate speech, looking back on the 35 years of struggle and expressing sincere gratitude to all employees, partners, and society. He stated, “35 years mark an important milestone for Youfumi‘s development and the beginning of a new journey. We will continue to uphold the concept of ‘Youfumi, globally trusted,’ lead with innovation, deepen digital transformation, strengthen international cooperation, provide customers with better products and services, establish Youfumi as a leading enterprise in the global fluorine chemical industry, and create greater value for society.”

After the solemn national anthem, the company recognized employees who have made outstanding contributions to the company’s development over the past 35 years. Various awards, such as Employee Long Service Awards, Outstanding Employee Awards, and Technological Innovation Awards, were presented to acknowledge the hard work of the employees. Among them, 287 employees received Long Service Awards, showcasing their loyalty and dedication to the company in their respective positions; 110 outstanding employees were recognized for their excellent performance contributing to the company’s development; and 7 winners of the Technological Innovation Projects from different factory areas injected new vitality into Fluoride’s product upgrades and market expansion with their outstanding technological innovations.

The tradition of showing filial piety to the elders with red envelopes is a heartwarming tradition of Youfumi Group. Every year near the Spring Festival, the chairman personally delivers red envelopes to the elderly employees. This warm gesture not only reflects the company’s care for its employees but also conveys the warmth and care of the Youfumi family. Fujian Plant Manager Yi Xiaohong said, “In the Youfumi family, we have not only achieved career growth but also felt the strong human care.
