The lined 3 way ball valve features a metal-to-metal body-bonnet design that prevents lining compression and deformation. This lined 3 way ball valve incorporates a one-piece anti-blowout stem and ball design, significantly reducing the risk of stem/ball failure due to wear. The lined 3 way ball valve’s steel components include T-slots and grooves that securely lock the lining in place, making it ideal for vacuum applications. All wetted parts of this lined 3 way ball valve are fully encapsulated with permeation-resistant PFA material, serving as a corrosion barrier. The lined 3 way ball valve features a wider conical liner connection design, maintaining complete sealing even under extreme thermal cycling conditions, meeting low emission standards.
