The lined gate valve achieves excellent sealing through packing gland compression, effectively preventing media leakage from the stem area. This lined gate valve features an integrated gate and stem design, resulting in a compact structure, while the conical step on the stem ensures top sealing when the lined gate valve is fully open. When closing the lined gate valve, pressure must be applied to the gate, creating tight contact between the gate and seat sealing surfaces to stop media flow. The forced sealing design principle of this lined gate valve minimizes wear and scratching of the sealing surfaces.
